Back to the sales page1. Onboarding flow
Screen 1 — Promise
One line: “I will reduce your mental paralysis and fatigue.” One button: Start. No account required yet.
Screens 2-13 — Assessment
One question per screen, large tap targets, 0-10 sliders or single-select. Progress bar counts down in seconds, not steps. Back is always available. Target completion: 90 seconds.
Screen 14 — Reading
Your Regulation Score appears with a plain-language read: dominant limiter (load, sleep, energy, focus, or mood volatility), and the two markers dragging it down.
Screen 15 — Protocol reveal
Program length (4, 8, or 12 weeks) and tomorrow's exact day-one plan, shown in full. Daily time cost is stated up front.
Screen 16 — Optional layers
Two toggles: supplement stack (ingredients, dosages, rationale shown before opting in) and balance/vestibular track (requires the board). Both default off; both can be added later.
Screen 17 — Anchors
Set three times: wake, midday, shutdown. These become the only notifications the app ever sends.
Screen 18 — Account + enrollment
Email or Apple/Google. The 90-Day Personalized Reset Stack order is confirmed ($2,497 or 3 × $947), shipping is captured, and your first 1:1 coaching call is booked.
Screen 19 — Day one
Dashboard opens on today's card. One action visible. Everything else is one tap away, not on screen.

3. Sample daily protocol output
Day 4 of 56 · Regulation Score 41 · Limiter: sleep quality
Total time today: 10 minutes. If you only have three, do the wake anchor.
Wake anchor — 07:10 · 4 min
- Daylight: outside or at an open window for 4 minutes before coffee. Sunglasses off. This is non-negotiable and it is the highest-value item in your day.
- Breath while you do it: physiological sigh × 5 (double inhale through the nose, long slow exhale through the mouth).
Pre-task block — 09:30 · 3 min
- Balance board, level 1: two-foot static hold, 45 sec × 2, hand on wall as needed. Stop early if it feels effortful.
- Breath: 4-second inhale, 6-second exhale × 10 rounds, seated, eyes open.
- Then start the task you have been avoiding. Timer set to 12 minutes. Twelve minutes is the whole commitment.
Midday anchor — 13:00 · 2 min
- Step outside for 2 minutes. No phone.
- Movement: 20 slow shoulder rolls and 10 calf raises. That is it.
Shutdown anchor — 21:30 · 1 min
- Lower overhead lights, lamps only.
- Write tomorrow's single first task on paper. One line, then close the notebook.
- Breath: 4-7-8 × 4 rounds in bed.
Optional stack
- Morning with food: Magnesium glycinate 200 mg — supports the parasympathetic side of your load profile; glycinate chosen for tolerability.
- Morning: L-theanine 200 mg — smooths the caffeine curve without sedation, targeted at your 09:00-11:00 focus break.
- Evening, 60 min before bed: Magnesium glycinate 200 mg + glycine 3 g — targeted at your night-waking pattern.
- Every ingredient shows dosage, timing, rationale, and interaction warnings in-app. Review with your prescriber before starting.
Tonight's 20-second check-in
Four sliders: load, focus, energy, mood volatility. One tap: did you sleep better than yesterday? Submit. Done.
4. Post-purchase email sequence
Immediately after purchase
Subject: Your reset starts tomorrow at 07:10
Your protocol is built. Eight weeks, sized to the ten minutes a day you told us you have.
Do exactly three things now:
1. Open the app and confirm your three anchor times. Those are the only notifications you will ever get from us.
2. Read tomorrow's day-one card. It takes 20 seconds.
3. Put your phone down. There is nothing else to set up.
Your stack and balance board ship within 48 hours. You do not need either to start tomorrow morning — the daylight block works on its own.
One rule for the next 8 weeks: do the minimum version rather than nothing. The system is built to shrink, not to shout.
Day 3
Subject: If you already missed a day, read this
Most people miss day two or three. That is expected and it is designed for.
There are no streaks in Thrivr Reset. Nothing resets. Open the app, tap today's card, and run the two-minute minimum version if that is all you have. The protocol will adapt down and rebuild from where you actually are.
One thing worth protecting above all others this week: the morning daylight block. If you keep only one item, keep that one.
Your first Regulation Score update lands on day 7.
Day 7
Subject: Your first score update — and what changes next week
Seven check-ins in. Open your dashboard to see your updated Regulation Score and the direction of travel.
If it moved up: next week your protocol progresses. Slightly longer breath work, level 2 on the board, one added anchor.
If it held flat or dropped: next week gets shorter, not harder. That is the correct response and it is automatic.
Either way, you do not decide. The plan already rewrote itself. Just open the card.
Your stack should have arrived. Start it tomorrow morning, with food, at the dose shown in-app.
Day 14
Subject: The two-week mark is where people quit. Here is why you should not.
Two weeks in, most people report the first real change: the gap between deciding to start something and actually starting it gets shorter. Not gone. Shorter. That is the mechanism working.
Check your dashboard for your 14-day trend line. Compare it against day one, not against how you feel this morning.
If your score has not moved at all: reply to this email with one sentence about what is getting in the way. We will manually adjust your protocol.
Your coach can see your trend line too. Bring it to your next call — that is what it is for.
