Thrivr provides wellness protocols, educational content, supplement products, and coaching support designed to support health and wellbeing. Thrivr is not a medical provider. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately.

• Reset Membership and Full Life Reset are purchased as described on their respective pricing pages at the time of purchase.
• Full Life Reset’s installment plan bills in the cycle described at checkout; missed payments may result in paused access until payment is resolved.
• Supplement resupply orders after your initial bundle are billed at the member pricing shown in your account at the time of order.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Full Life Reset includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to reasonable evidence of engagement with the program (e.g., completed check-ins). Reset Membership and individual resupply orders are non-refundable once shipped, except as required by law.

Balance boards and supplements are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times and any related issues (damaged items, lost packages) should be reported to us within 7 days of expected delivery.

Coaching is delivered via text/WhatsApp by a member of our team, not by a licensed medical or mental health professional unless explicitly stated. Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

If you participate in any Thrivr community feature, you agree not to share medical advice you’re not qualified to give, harass other members, or share others’ information without consent. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for violations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Thrivr provides its products “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrivr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Thrivr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
